Account & Security

Q: Reset a forgotten password

Use Forgot password on the login page. AthenaPrep sends a reset link to the registered email address.

Q: Change your account email

Because the email identifies your account and payment history, email changes may require support verification. Contact the Helpdesk from the current registered email.

Q: Use one account on multiple devices

You can sign in on supported devices using the same account. Do not share credentials with other people; unusual or excessive access may trigger security controls.

Q: Delete your AthenaPrep account

Send an account-deletion request through the Helpdesk or from your registered email. Support may verify ownership before processing the request.
