A failed or interrupted checkout should not activate a plan. Check your bank status before retrying and avoid repeated rapid payment attempts.

Mock or error log is not saving

A save can fail because of connectivity, authentication expiry or a plan quota. Read the error message, confirm the account and retry only after correcting the cause.

Close heavy tabs, use a stable network and retry in an updated browser. If only one AthenaPrep route is slow, report that exact route and approximate time.
