Technical Issues

Q: A page is not loading

Most temporary loading issues can be resolved by refreshing once, checking the connection and retrying in an updated browser.

Q: Verification or reset email not received

Email delivery can be delayed or filtered. Check Spam and Promotions, confirm the address and request only one new email before waiting a few minutes.

Q: Payment failed or was interrupted

A failed or interrupted checkout should not activate a plan. Check your bank status before retrying and avoid repeated rapid payment attempts.

Q: Mock or error log is not saving

A save can fail because of connectivity, authentication expiry or a plan quota. Read the error message, confirm the account and retry only after correcting the cause.

Q: AthenaPrep feels slow

Close heavy tabs, use a stable network and retry in an updated browser. If only one AthenaPrep route is slow, report that exact route and approximate time.
