Question 1

Contact AthenaPrep support

Accepted Answer

Use the Student Helpdesk or email hello@athenaprep.in. Contact support from the registered email whenever the issue concerns an account or payment.

Question 2

Support response times

Accepted Answer

Response time depends on issue type and request volume. Complete account, route and payment references reduce back-and-forth and help the team investigate faster.

Question 3

Report a technical bug

Accepted Answer

A useful bug report explains what you expected, what happened, where it happened and whether it repeats.

Question 4

Request a feature

Accepted Answer

Feature requests are most useful when they describe the preparation problem, current workaround and desired outcome rather than only naming a feature.

Question 5

Join the AthenaPrep community

Accepted Answer

Use the Join Community link on AthenaPrep to open the official WhatsApp community. Community groups may share updates, reading recommendations and preparation discussions.

Question 6

Report abuse or impersonation

Accepted Answer

Contact support with links and screenshots if someone impersonates AthenaPrep, requests credentials or misuses the brand. Do not engage or send money outside official checkout.
